Planned General Inspections (PGI)

The professional system to check stations, identify faults and manage them, with the ability to analyse results quickly and easily.

Join leading TOC’s in this exciting approach to enhance customer satisfaction, effectively manage PGI performance and satisfy DfT requirements.

Designed for the Rail industry by ANT and leading TOCs to audit all of their stations, the PGI system enables setup of each station to be customised, simply and easily. This means that when auditors undertake the PGI it displays the number of lifts, platforms and other areas which are relevant to that station only. In all, PGIs are a time-saving, user-friendly and highly cost-effective tool to streamline business processes.

ANT’s comprehensive PGI audit module is perfect for simple checks or for full compliance audits. The audit period frequencies helps ensure the audits are completed at the right time and the dynamic audit action dashboard enables actions to be managed in detail.
