We are excited to announce a major programme of new developments coming to your system over the next three months – and these upgrades will be provided FREE of charge.

We have listened carefully to your feedback and have been working hard to make the system more flexible, easier to manage and more powerful, giving you greater control over how your applications, questionnaires, audits and reporting work.

Here is a preview of what is coming:

Create Your Own Front Page

You will soon be able to personalise your system and make it truly your own.

You will be able to configure:

  • Your company logo
  • Your own images
  • A personalised welcome page when a user creates a new record
  • A personalised completion/thank-you page when a record is finished
  • Your menu banner colour
  • Your business year

This means your system will have a much stronger connection with your organisation and brand.

Application Setup – Take Control of Your Applications

Many of you have multiple applications within your current system. Each application has its own logo, title and description – but we know that many customers want greater control over how these are presented.

The new Application Setup feature will allow you to:

  • Change application logos
  • Amend application titles
  • Add your own descriptions
  • Decide the order in which applications are displayed
  • Add personalised welcome pages
  • Add personalised completion pages when a new record is completed

You will have the flexibility to configure your applications to match your own company standards – without having to ask us to make the changes for you.

Modify Your Systems Easily

One of the most requested developments over the past two years is finally arriving!

You will soon be able to make changes to your systems yourself, quickly and easily.

This will include the ability to:

  • Modify existing criteria
  • Add new questions
  • Archive questions that are no longer required
  • Set and amend available answers
  • Adapt the number of questions required for each visit
  • Change questions to make them non-routine
  • Adjust your systems to suit different environments and operational requirements

Businesses change, environments change and requirements change. Your system should be able to change with them.

This new functionality puts that flexibility directly into your hands.

Modify Your Audit Questionnaires – PLUS MORE!

The same flexibility will also be available within your existing audit questionnaires.

You will be able to make changes to your audit criteria and questionnaires yourself, including modifying:

  • Questions and criteria
  • Photos
  • Notes
  • Actions

But we are taking this considerably further.

You will also be able to introduce additional features to the questions of your choice, including:

  • PPE required
  • Best Practice photographs
  • Equipment required for the task
  • Risk Assessments

This provides you with far greater flexibility when creating audits that reflect the exact requirements of your organisation and the environments in which you operate.

NEW System Graph Module

For some time, many customers have used Power BI for their reporting and analysis. We have provided an API to support this.

However, we also know that Power BI can be complex and often requires IT support to create or modify reports – which can take valuable time.

That is why we are introducing our NEW Graph Module.

Designed to be simple and intuitive, the new module will allow any authorised user to create a wide range of graphs and reports without needing specialist IT knowledge.

You will be able to turn your system data into meaningful visual information quickly and easily.

This will allow you to analyse the audits being completed across your organisation and gain a much clearer picture of your results.

You will be able to:

  • Analyse audits completed over a specific period
  • Investigate individual audits
  • Analyse results by specific questions
  • Identify trends and problem areas
  • Analyse actions generated from audits
  • Create visual graphs to help you understand your audit performance

This will give you a powerful new way to turn your audit data into useful, actionable information.

NEW Simple Password Module

We know that our existing password management system is dated and can be unnecessarily complicated.

Previously, changing or creating passwords often meant contacting us for assistance.

That is about to change!

Our new password module will be much simpler and easier to manage.

It will include standard user templates such as:

  • ADMIN
  • MANAGER
  • USER
  • AUDITOR

Along with additional variations to suit different levels of access.

Simply select the appropriate template for a user – or select a template and customise it to meet your specific requirements.

Managing user access will become quicker, easier and more straightforward.

Change the Stage of a Record

We are also introducing greater flexibility around questionnaire workflows.

If a record does not meet your required criteria, a manager will be able to move it back to an earlier stage in the process.

For example, a record could be moved from Investigation back to Supervisor Validation.

The manager will also be able to add a comment explaining why the record has been returned.

This provides greater control, accountability and transparency throughout your workflow.

Change the Status of an Action

We know that sometimes an action may be marked as complete, only for a manager to discover that additional information or further work is required.

With the new functionality, a manager will be able to revert an action back to incomplete and add a comment explaining what further information or action is required.

This ensures that actions are not simply closed – they are properly completed and verified

More Control. More Flexibility. More Possibilities.

These developments represent a significant step forward for the system.

Our aim is simple:

To give you more control, reduce your reliance on IT support, make the system easier to manage and allow you to adapt it as your organisation evolves.

And the best part?

These major upgrades are FREE for our customers.

We are incredibly excited about what is coming and look forward to sharing these new features with you over the next three months.
